Hi, I’m passionate about helping people build the skills and confidence they need to live more independently and enjoy a fulfilling life. Through my NDIS support services, I work one-on-one with participants to develop practical life skills, encourage social inclusion, and enhance overall well-being. My approach is person-centred, flexible, and focused on achieving your goals — whether that’s improving daily routines, connecting with the community, or gaining confidence in everyday tasks. I believe that with the right support and encouragement, everyone has the ability to grow and thrive.

Hello, I’m Lisa Doong, a dedicated and compassionate NDIS Psychosocial Recovery Coach and Support Provider committed to helping individuals achieve independence, confidence, and holistic well-being.

With a strong focus on person-centered care, I work closely with participants to identify their goals, build essential life skills, and create sustainable strategies for everyday living. I believe every person’s journey is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet each individual’s strengths, needs, and aspirations.

Through skill development sessions, guided support, and regular progress reviews, I ensure every participant receives the right level of guidance and encouragement to reach their full potential. My goal is to empower you to live a fulfilling, balanced life with greater self-awareness and resilience.

Whether you’re looking to improve daily routines, enhance social skills, or work toward long-term recovery, I’m here to walk beside you — every step of the way.

Process

Step 1: Consultation

During the initial consultation, I will personally assess your needs and create a personalized plan tailored to your requirements for acquiring and improving life skills.

Step 2: Skill Development Sessions

Engage in skill development sessions guided by me, where you’ll receive tailored support focused on enhancing your skills and promoting your overall well-being.
